Money is a bit tight, so I'm not buying any apples this Halloween.

That should save me a bob or two...

Now that the clocks have gone back, I’ve put up a marquee in my garden with flashing lights and funky music.

Is this the winter of my disco tent?

I’ve got an irrational fear of speed bumps...

But I’m slowly getting over it.

Brain:
Don’t say it
Don’t say it
Don’t say it
Don’t say it
Don’t say it
Don’t say it

Me:
“Starting to get dark already...”

A UFO landed in Manor Park. A crowd assembled and watched in awe as the occupants stepped out and started giving out cans of Fosters, Victoria Bitter and several rounds of Vegemite sandwiches to them.

Yes, they were Australiens……….

Last year I opened the door to a kid doing ‘trick or treat’ in a Gloria Gaynor mask!

At first I was afraid...

I just could not remember who founded the “People’s Republic of China in 1949. I asked my cat for what it was worth, but all she could say was “Mao”………

After realising my cat was right, I decided to ask her who had been responsible for more deaths than anyone else?

She again said “Mao” but after looking at my disbelief, she added “But it might have been Ghengis Khan or Adolf Hitler…..”

I'm thinking of sleeping on the wife's side of the bed…

Apparently from that side, you don't hear the kids crying or the dog barking to go out!

They shouldn’t mess with Celebrations by taking Bounty’s out, these kind of things upset people…

I swapped the wrappers around once and my wife really got her Snickers in a Twix.

I failed my biology exam.

The question was, 'Name something commonly found in cells.'

Apparently, 'Scousers' isn't the right answer!

My 7 year old nephew showed me with pride the 'telephone' he had just made from a string and two tin cans...

I pulled out my iPhone and said, "That's nice, but look at what kids your age make in China!"
