England C v Nepal - 6/5/24

Post by Mick Earls Fan Club »

Looking forward to this one - hopefully a decent turn out.

With that in mind has anyone seen the England C squad announced?

As I type this, only 7/8 days until the game - plus now we know the playoff (NL,NLS & NLN) and Trophy finalists.
Would assume those 7 teams would not be represented

The Nepalese team will be full of players from Nepal, they will be small and fast but when we fill our team with 6' plus giants and hoof the ball in the air we will win easily

Superb.

For his last match (19/3) Paul Fairclough announced the squad on 7/3.

I would expect something today

Anyone know how many tickets have been sold for this? I have no idea what to expect - could be anything from 500 to 5000?!

If this is the case, shouldn't the South Stand be opened up for the game?

The South Stand is openthe whole ground is open and non segregated

Olly Scott has been called up to the squad meaning four Shots are in the squad now.

Excellent! Hopefully a big crowd then and a carnival atmosphere! Hopefully we put on a good show and attract a few neutrals and new fans for next season.

Bit odd they chose Olly Scott over Ryan Glover. The former has only been a bit-part player this season and the other has played some of the best football of his career.
