Hold our heads high

Sutton 1-2 Leeds u21

We lost to the eventual winners....

(yes I am being sarcastic)

Fair play to Leeds though, they were very good at our place.

What a long and winding road to nowhere it's all been.

There were quite a lot of Leeds at our place. I think they have a decent southern following.

About as much relevance as the Arlington Gold Cup or Billy Minter Trophy (one for the Shots geeks)

Not sure if correct but I think the money leeds won goes back in the pot to be devided up between all the non league clubs that took part in the cup

That wasn't a bad turn out for a "nothing" cup. How many do Sutton usually average?

2,624 for this season.
Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "Holy ****....What a ride!"

I presume we’re not in it next season?

right, but they will maybe reflect a bit, maybe tweak the format, etc.
