Extra 9000 tickets now released for us! The system was slow enough, I logged in 5 seconds after midday and had to wait 40 minutes!
And because I was ordering 19 tickets my buying options were signficiantly reduced. However i'm very chuffed with my spot!

If we sold no more seats and the other 3 clubs could manage 5k each, we'd beat Woking's best ever crowd.Aldershot wrote: ↑Wed Apr 16, 2025 2:19 pm https://www.thefa.com/competitions/fa-trophy/winners
The all-time attendance record for the FA Trophy Final was 53,262 for the clash between Stevenage Borough & Kidderminster Harriers in 2007. Wouldn't it be amazing if we could smash the all-time record in our one and only Wembley visit.
The top 5 FA Trophy Final attendances are as follows:
53,262 - 2007 FATF - Stevenage Borough 3-2 Kidderminster Harriers
46,781 - 2016 FATF - FC Halifax Town 1-0 Grimsby Town
46,111 - 2022 FATF - Bromley 1-0 Wrexham
42,962 - 2019 FATF - AFC Fylde 1-0 Leyton Orient
40,186 - 2008 FATF - Ebbsfleet United 1-0 Torquay United
This is what our (losing semi-finalist) neighbours from across the border could muster in terms of attendances in their previous FA Trophy Finals:
24,376 - 1997 FATF - Woking 1-0 Dagenham & Redbridge (AET)
17,815 - 1995 FATF - Woking 2-1 Kidderminster Harriers (AET)
15,818 - 1994 FATF - Woking 2-1 Runcorn
13,997 - 2006 FATF - Grays Athletic 2-0 Woking (Played @ The Boleyn Ground)

Wembley ticket update
We've been informed that within an hour, the initial 7000 allocation had been sold out and half an hour later, the Level 2 allocation was sold out meaning almost 10,000 tickets had been sold in an hour and a half
Our allocation of around 9000 tickets in Level 5 has now opened and tickets remain on sale
We've also been informed that there have been some issues with Wembley's ticketing service due to the high demand and have been asked to reassure supporters to keep trying and contact their support team if any issues persist
Thank you for your phenomenal support, Shots

Hopefully Wembley will make more tickets available in addition to our allocation as would imagine alot of people have still to book underestimating the demandAldershot wrote: ↑Wed Apr 16, 2025 2:19 pm https://www.thefa.com/competitions/fa-trophy/winners

Re: The 2025 FA Trophy Final - Aldershot Town v Spennymoor Town (Match Day Thread)
The FA Trophy used to be the FA Amateur Cup and a number of matches (including Wokings games) attracted crowds of 100,000 so we will never beat those attendances.chimpster99 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 16, 2025 2:21 pmIf we sold no more seats and the other 3 clubs could manage 5k each, we'd beat Woking's best ever crowd.Aldershot wrote: ↑Wed Apr 16, 2025 2:19 pm https://www.thefa.com/competitions/fa-trophy/winners

However, perhaps some of those FA Trophy attendances included supporters of the FA Vase finalists, as they do today.

That was the first competitive game at Wembley, or at the very least the first time the trophy was held there after Wembley opened.Aldershot wrote: ↑Wed Apr 16, 2025 2:19 pm https://www.thefa.com/competitions/fa-trophy/winners

I got tickets for that game just to check out the new National Stadium, which is why I believe that figure to be 10k+ on other finals.

Logged on at 1pm = 4500 in the queue and finally logged in for a ticket at 2.05. Very little choice - almost sold out So did the smart thing.

I’m having trouble. Keeps coming up with Payment Unsuccessful’ and then charging my account. Tried debit as well as credit. £1500 on hold with my accounts after 5 failed attempts.

In 1970s lived close to the ground. Would just turn up and buy tickets over the counter. They even had a handwritten waiting list for big games. Saw all the big games = World Cup qualifers and the European Cup Final - with none of this registration nonsense - and the crowd was 100,000 then and mainly standing.

Same here. Think tickets were £10 and Adam Miller played for Stevenage?Aldershot_Rob wrote: ↑Wed Apr 16, 2025 2:43 pmThat was the first competitive game at Wembley, or at the very least the first time the trophy was held there after Wembley opened.Aldershot wrote: ↑Wed Apr 16, 2025 2:19 pm https://www.thefa.com/competitions/fa-trophy/winners
