Re: The 2025 FA Trophy Final - Aldershot Town v Spennymoor Town (Match Day Thread)
Some of the totals we've seen have been based on the assumption that all seats in each block have been released. At past Trophy finals i've seen that they don't necessarily use some seats at the back of the lower tier blocks due to slightly restricted views.
Might explain the difference between the 18k+ estimates and the 16.5k club confirmation, and also why some additional safe standing places came free after the initial run of ticket sales.

Re: The 2025 FA Trophy Final - Aldershot Town v Spennymoor Town (Match Day Thread)
The newsletter contains "old news" - it just colllates stories from the week before. Ignore that as "not current"
Allocation guess 19500 (19k plus 500 extra in segregation zone)
Remaining tickets 400 (as per above)
So I am guessing we have sold 19,100
This tallies with the estimate we had from a source (on the other thread) said just under 18.5k middle of last week (whilst it was a friend of a uncle who knew a man who worked in Sainsburys near Wembley.... it WAS credible!!!).
We are still selling at a steady trickle (100 or so a day)
* the only caveat to this is that I have never seen the blocks by the Big Screen go on sale eg 541,542. So that might mean we are ~1k less than allocated. Maybe someone has a ticket for those blocks - that would help me estimate.
It looks to me like Whistable are very close to selling their allocation; so that might mean a redrawing of the allocations shortly.

I think that there are still 3 blocks of our original allocation on Level 5 which have not been released - Blocks 540, 541 and 542, which are right behind the goal. These probably hold around 1,500-1,800 in total as a rough estimate ( Block 540 is half-sized, but the other two should hold 600 or more).
As mentioned above, the majority of the 400 'available but unsold' tickets are in Block 543, with a few in Block 544.
We appear to have sold around 400 tickets since last Thursday, so are probably now close to 17,000.

My Mrs was on a bus today going from Blackwater to Yateley and there was a poster on the bus saying save the date Aldershot are going to wembley with ticket info. So the club are promoting it in the local area.

I thin if you count neutral section we will be on about 18,000. Can see 19,000-20,000 on the day.James E wrote: ↑Mon Apr 28, 2025 11:53 am I think that there are still 3 blocks of our original allocation on Level 5 which have not been released - Blocks 540, 541 and 542, which are right behind the goal. We should listen to James E more. He cracked the code with a bold and accurate prediction this morning. Far better than my guess!
Club have just announced just under 17k sold.
(and whilst there will be plenty of Shots in the neutral section I dont think anyone should be "claiming" them as totally Aldershot!)

Who thinks we'll get to the 19k mark or fall short.

Accurate for the last 24/48 hrs:
Spennymoor have sold 3,430
Whitstable have sold 7,081
Aldershot have sold 16,891
Guessing:
AFC Whyteleafe: 3-4k
Neutral (13 blocks of 200+) = 3k
Best guess - total gate: 35k (with Aldershot being 50% of the gate)

Thanks, RC.
I think you have underestimated the Neutral sections a bit. 16 blocks have been opened (inc the ones above the Level 1 Shots fans), and they hold near 300 on average so these should now be 4,000-4,400.
For the 'Final score', I am guessing 17,500 in the Shots sections (+maybe 500 with 'neutral' tickets), and around 37,000 total gate.

Re: The 2025 FA Trophy Final - Aldershot Town v Spennymoor Town (Match Day Thread)
As of 9am this morning, we've sold 16,891 tickets for the FA Trophy Final at Wembley. That doesn't include the fans who opted for the neutral section to cheer on the Shots.
Re: The 2025 FA Trophy Final - Aldershot Town v Spennymoor Town (Match Day Thread)
Only 93 tickets in the Aldershot Town end and just 55 neutral tickets have been sold in the past 23 hours.
338 tickets remain in the Aldershot Town section...
North West Level 5
Block 543 - 290 seats available
Block 544 - 48 seats available
In the expanded neutral section 424 tickets are available...
Level 2
Block 211 - 114 seats available
Block 212 - 214 seats available
Block 213 - 96 seats available

Re: The 2025 FA Trophy Final - Aldershot Town v Spennymoor Town (Match Day Thread)
Spennymoor Town have released limited-edition Wembley shirts to commemorate their FA Trophy Final appearance. The one-off shirts, which come complete with commemorative embroidery to mark their historic trip to Wembley, are available to pre-order in a range of sizes and cost between £35-40.
It's a shame we haven't done something similar and have been shown up by a team in a lower division in terms of producing something that is sure to generate extra revenue for the club. In many ways it shows how we've gone backwards as a club over the years as I remember us producing something similar for our Play-Off Final in Stoke. Now if you go to the online club shop just to purchase the regular home kit (no commemorative embroidery) you are met with the message "**PLEASE BE AWARE ORDERS FOR DELIVERY MAY NOT BE DISPATCHED BEFORE WEMBLEY**". It comes across as very tinpot.

I’m sure the club would always welcome volunteers to help dispatch outstanding orders. More productive than having a dig online.Aldershot wrote: ↑Tue Apr 29, 2025 4:03 am Spennymoor Town have released limited-edition Wembley shirts to commemorate their FA Trophy Final appearance.
