one of my guilty secrets is that I quite admire Eastleigh. I haven't seen that much of them but they have a "pragmatism" and toughness that we seem to lack. Their first goal against us was really good (the counter attack), and while we did assist in our own downfall, that was partly because they're good at what they do. If you look at their results they're almost all close games and they seem to have it in them to make things tough for other teams.

Of the non-loan players I would only keep Dewhurst, Hargreaves and Ryan Jones. Perhaps keep Henry for experience and Barrett to come off the bench if we need a goal. Wouldn't keep any of the others.

Mytshot nailed it. We also need some more experienced coaches, no good just having the players.
